WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MY TICKET
Weekend passes include access to the concert venue for all four days and camping onsite from Thursday at 3 pm through Monday morning at 11 am
Single day tickets include access to the concert venue for that day as well as camping for that night until noon the following day.
All vehicles must purchase a parking pass in addition to the festival pass.
Rancho del Rio will be reserved for YarmonyGrass festivarians only from August 9-12, all campers must have a valid wristband at all times throughout the weekend.
PREMIUM PARKING VS. BASIC PARKING
Every vehicle needs a parking pass as parking is limited. Parking is first come, first serve. Premium Parking offers direct access to the camping area. Basic Parking is a short distance from the camping areas. You’re welcome to move your vehicle throughout the weekend, however we can’t guarantee your spot.
Any vehicle larger than a regular SUV (includes buses, vehicles towing boat trailers, campers and RVs must purchase an RV parking pass)
ARE PETS ALLOWED?
Leave your pets at home please! Please leave your pets at home! The only outside animals/pets allowed are necessary service animals that assist a person with specific special needs. This is for the safety of everyone, including your pets.
CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD AND BEVERAGES?
YarmonyGrass guests are allowed to bring personal quantities of food and beverages into the camping areas. All guests and bags are subject to search for prohibited items upon entering the concert venue. No outside beverages allowed in the concert venue.
WILL FOOD AND BEVERAGES BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE?
Yes. There will be numerous on-site vendors offering an eclectic mix of fare.
WILL ALCOHOL BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE?
Alcohol will available for purchase at the Yarmony Creek Saloon. You must be 21 years or older to purchase and consume alcohol, it is illegal to consume alcohol if you are under 21. No outside beverages allowed in the concert area.
IS YARMONYGRASS FAMILY FRIENDLY?
WHEN CAN I ARRIVE AT THE FESTIVAL? WHEN DO I HAVE TO LEAVE?
The YarmonyGrass Gates open at 3PM on Thursday, August 9th. All vehicles and guests must be off the premises by 11AM on Monday, August 13th.
WHERE DO I CAMP?
There are several pristine camping areas at Rancho Del Rio with direct access to the Colorado River, some even have beaches! Camping is first come first serve with the gates opening at 3 pm on Thursday. Family Camping is reserved for families and those who want a less rowdy Yarmony experience. Please respect the family camping area during the events.
WHAT IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE CONCERT?
The list includes but is not limited to: pets, weapons, fireworks and illegal and other prohibited substances.
DO I NEED I.D.?
Yes. It’s always a good idea to carry an ID with you. You will need it to purchase alcohol and pick up tickets at Will Call.
CAN I TAPE THE FESTIVAL?
Audio taping is permitted during some artists performances. Recording devices must be self-contained (we do not provide AC outlets or patches to the soundboard) and you cannot obstruct the view of other festival patrons with your equipment. There is no designated area for taping. Taping is prohibited at YarmonyGrass and artist discretion.
WHAT IS YOUR PHOTO/CAMERA POLICY?
Most artists allow guests to take photos, however security will enforce each artists wishes. No professional cameras or lenses without permission from YarmonyGrass.
IS THERE CELL PHONE SERVICE?
IS THERE ASSIGNED SEATING OR GENERAL ADMISSION?
There is no assigned seating. The YarmonyGrass venue is GA.

CAN I BRING CHAIRS?
Yes. We prefer that you not bring high back chairs, please bring low chairs as a courtesy to those around you.
CAN I BRING A BLANKET?
CAN I BRING AN UMBRELLA FOR USE DURING THE SHOW?
Umbrellas are allowed at the show.
WILL THERE BE MERCHANDISE AVAILABLE FOR SALE?
Your favorite artists and YarmonyGrass will have merch for sale. There will also be numerous other craft vendors.
WHAT ROAD CONSTRUCTION ISSUES SHOULD I BE AWARE OF?
No road construction, but HWY 131 can be very dangerous, with wildlife activity out there. Drive cautiously. Also, the Trough Road in between State Bridge and Rancho Del Rio is not always in the best driving condition, with lots of pot-holes. Please drive slow!
DO YOU ALLOW RE-ENTRY TO THE CONCERT?
Re-entry is allowed with a valid festival wristband. Parking is first come, first serve. You may move your car at anytime however we cannot guarantee your spot.
WHAT DO I BRING TO THE FESTIVAL EACH DAY?
A valid YarmonyGrass ticket or wristband. You may also want to bring a jacket in case it gets a little chilly. We're in Colorado and you never know what's going to happen with the weather, you may want to bring a bit of everything, just in case; sunscreen, bathing suit, snow gear, rain gear, etc, etc. And of course a lot of energy, for dancing.
