Do I Need I.D.? It’s always a good idea to carry an ID with you. You will need it for purchasing alcohol and picking up tickets at Will Call.

Can I bring chairs?
Yes. We prefer that you not bring high back chairs, please bring low chairs as a courtesy to those around you. 

Can I bring a blanket?
Yes.

What is not allowed in the concert?
The list includes but is not limited to: pets, weapons, fireworks and illegal and other prohibited substances.

What is your camera policy?
Most artists do not allow any recording, and security will enforce their wishes. Please check the policy of the individual artist before bringing your equipment. Anyone found not complying with the announced policy will have their equipment removed at the request of the artist’s management.

Are outside animals/pets allowed?
The only outside animals/pets allowed are service animals that assist a person with a specific disability. This is for the safety of everyone, including your pet.

Are cell phones acceptable at the concert?
Yes, however, there is no service so you have no use for it!

 

Is there assigned seating or general admission only?

All tickets are general admission.

 

Can I tape the festival?

Audiotaping the music at the festival is permitted. Recording devices must be self-contained (we do not provide AC outlets or patches to the soundboard) and you may not obstruct the view of your fellow festivarians with your equipment. There is no designated area for taping.

 

Where can I camp?

We have several camping areas within Rancho del Rio, as well as the State Bridge campsite down the road. At Rancho del Rio, there are numerous pristine camping areas with direct access to the Colorado River, some even have beaches! All are within a 2-3 minute walk of the stage!
 

Can I hold a spot for my friends?

You are allowed to set a blanket for your friends, just make sure they have tickets. Remember the front is for dancing and fun!!!

 

Are there group rates?

No.

 

Are Children Free?

All children are welcome, but only those aged 10 and younger will be allowed free admittance with a ticketed adult. Full-priced
tickets are required for children over 10 years old. 

 

Can I bring in my own food and beverages?

You may bring your own food or beverages. All bags and containers will be searched at the entrance for prohibited items.

 

Is food and beverages available for purchase?

Yes. There will be a number of on-site vendors.

 

Is alchohol available for purchase? 

Yes, a full selection of wine, liquor, domestic beers and microbrews is available at our 21+ bar. 

 

How do I get disability accommodations? 

If you require accessibility accommodations or have any other needs we can assist you with, please contact us in advance at
info@yarmonygrass.com.

 

What about parking?

Parking will be available at Rancho del Rio for $5 a vehicle.

 

What time does the festival begin and end?

On Friday, August 20, gates open at 10am. Sorry, but no early-arrivers will be allowed admittance to the festival site.
A special late-morning set and barbecue on Sunday by Honkytonk Homeslice Trio will close the festival. Gates will
close at 2:00 PM on Sunday afternoon.

When Can I Arrive at the Festival? When Do I Have to Leave?

YarmonyGrass will begin allowing cars, trailers, and RV's into the festival at 10:00 AM on Friday, August 20th. All vehicles
and persons must be off the premises by 2:00 PM on Sunday, August 22nd.
 

Can I bring an umbrella for use during the show?

Umbrellas are allowed at the show.

 

Will I be able to smoke at the concert?

Yes.

 

Will there be merchandise available for sale?

Each artist brings with them their own merchandise, which will be available for purchase by the stage, before, during and
after the show.YarmonyGrass Presents / Pure Productions will also have merchandise available for purchase.

 

What road construction issues should I be aware of?

No road construction, but HWY 131 can be very dangerous, with tons of wildlife activity out there. Drive cautiously. Also, the
Trough Road in between State Bridge and Rancho del Rio is not always in the best driving condition, with lots of pot-holes and
washboard. Please drive slow!

 

Do you allow re-entry to the Concert?

Re-entry is allowed with a valid festival wrist-band.

 

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Outside alcohol is permitted site-wide, in accordance with the rules of Rancho del Rio. In addition, Liquor, beer and wine will
be available for purchase within a special outdoor bar area (sorry, ages 21 and over only) near the stage. As always, we encourage
moderation and remind you that you are at elevation in the hot Colorado sun. Take it easy at all times and a happy festivarian you will be!

 

What do I bring to the show on the night of the concert?

Firstly, a valid concert ticket for anyone aged 11 and up. You may also want to bring a jacket incase it gets a little chilly. Also,
because we are in Colorado and you never know what's going to happen with the weather, you might want to bring a bit of
everything just in case; sunscreen, bathing suit, snow gear, rain gear, etc, etc. And of course a lot of energy, just in case you
feel like dancing!
